You send in your media for a free evaluation. We do an
assessment of your damaged media. The evaluation takes 1-3
working days upon receipt and we will then generate a quotation
for you.
There will be no charge if data is not recoverable. |

Express |
We will proceed to recover your data upon your approval
of our quotation within 48 hours. We will quote you a fixed
price (usually 20 to 40% more than the standard data recovery
rate) upon receiving your request via the phone or email.
Upon quotation, if you decide not to continue with the recovery,
there will be a S$200 cancellation fee.
There will be no charge if data is not recoverable. |
