You send in your media for a free evaluation. We do a assessment of your damaged media. The evaluation takes 48hrs upon receipt and we will then generate a quotation for you.

Express We will proceed to recover your data within 48 hours. We will quote you a fixed price (usually 20 to 40% more than the standard data recovery rate) upon receiving your request via the phone or email.
